Yes, it’s possible to cancel an order- if production has not already begun on the item(s). Please contact us at as soon as possible with the subject “cancel order” at [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number so that we may address the issue as quickly as possible. While we will always do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee them.

Kastle Art currently only ships within the US.
It is more likely that the items in your order were shipped separately. Because some articles of clothing take longer to produce than others, they are sometimes shipped out individually upon completion. This ensures that you will receive each item as soon as possible. Please refer to the tracking numbers in the confirmation email for up-to-date information on your order. In the event that an item fails to arrive, we will send you another at no additional cost.
Though the average delivery time is closer to 10-14 days, products are handmade to order and may take up to 21* days to reach you. If you have not received your item within this timeframe, please contact us at [email protected]. We want to ensure that everything with your order is going as it should. No worries- if your package is lost, we’ll replace it free of charge.
